Show GRANDSON OF FLORIN BINGHAMS TO MARRY JULIANNE THOMAS Mr. and Mrs. George A. Thomas announce the coming marriage of their daughter, Julianne Lorraine, to Mr. Dennis W. Blackburn, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walden A. Blackburn Black-burn and grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Florin Bingham. The wedding will be solemnized solemn-ized Saturday, Feb. 8. in Seattle, Se-attle, Wash. Mrs. Euzell Thomas of Beaver Bea-ver and Mrs. Altheda Gale of Milford left Monday for Comp-ton, Comp-ton, Calif., to attend funeral services for a nephew, Ted Lewis. Susan Ames, 5 year old daughter of Mrs. LaRenea Ames of Layton, is spending two weeks with her grandparents, grandpar-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Elden Burke. Sunday Mrs. Ames will come for her daughter, and will be accompanied to Milford by Mr. and Mrs. Keith Gillins of Logan. Mrs. Irene Stewart and son James recently visited another son. Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Stew- art of Salt Lake. O Mary Finch, a nursing student stu-dent at Holy Cross Hospital in Salt Lake, spent the week end with her mother, Mrs. Lenora Finch. Bruce and Betty Mayer, U of U students, were here over the week end visiting his parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Gene Mayer, and grandmother Mrs. LaPrele Lewis. They also attended the Milford-Delta basketball game last Friday in Delta. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Brigg9 of Beaver and LaMar Briggs of Las Vegas spent Sunday with their son in law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Clark Goodwin. Mr. and Mrs. William Van Tassell attended the Utah Woolgrowers Convention in Salt Lake last week. Mathew and Mark Hollings-haus Hollings-haus of Fremont, Calif., are staying with grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Harold Edwards while their parents, Harry and Gail Hollingshaus, are in Chicago seeking suitable housing. Mr. Hollingshaus, an atom engineer, has accepted employment in Chicago. Their other child, Michael, is staying with Mr. and Mrs. Gary Weston in Salt Lake. Week end visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ezra D. Lyman were their son in law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Vernon U'Ren of Orem, also a grandson, Gregory U'Ren and his fiance, Miss Denese Orchard Orch-ard of Corona Del Mar, Calif. Mrs. Cree Elmer and Mr. and Mrs. Don Elmer motored to Boise, Idaho, last Friday to see Mrs. Elmer's brother in law, Vic Elmer, who had suffered suf-fered a stroke. Mrs. Grace Jefferson of Salt Lake will spend a month in New Zealand, visiting places of interest with Mrs. L. Spears, mother of Mrs. Linley Jefferson. Jeffer-son. Mr. and Mrs. Craig Baxter and two children of Midvale visited his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Baker, last Sunday. Sun-day. Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Hawkins of Salt Lake arrived Thursday evening to surprise her parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. O. C. Koch, and sisters Rozetta Handley and Rosalie Cook. A family dinner was served Sunday at the Koch home, attended by Mr. and Mrs. Hawkins, Mr and Mrs. M. E. Handley, Mrs Rosalie Cook, Mr. and Mrs I |
