Monday Mrs. Stoddard's daughters took her e Ruben Dotson is now at home after undergoing major surgery at Holy Cross Hospital Hos-pital in Salt Lake. 9 Mrs. Bessie Pearson is now at home after being released from the Milford Valley Memorial Me-morial Hospital. She suffered a heart attack. She was a Mother's Day guest at the home of her son, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Pearson. e San McKnight joined relatives rela-tives at the home of a son, Scott, for Mother's Day. His wife, Mrs. Lillian McKnight, who is teaching school in Salt Lake, was also at the family gathering. Mrs. Erma Jean Edwards and son Roy of Ely are at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Doug Blackburn, until the birth of a child. 9 Mr. and Mrs. D. M. Martin have been in Springvills and visited Mrs. Martin's brother in law and sister, Pat and Garnetta Dotson. Mrs. Dotson recently suffered a heart attack. at-tack. Mr. and Mrs. Rex Limb and family of Washington, Utah, visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Jameson, on Mother's Moth-er's Day. e The Little Cooker 4-H Club meeting was held May 11. We went to the store. We learned to buy the bread that has enriched en-riched flour. We also learned the best value in milk. Gay Gillins, reporter. back to Salt Lake for medical care. e Mr. and Mrs. Jack Carter and family were at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ty Gillins on Mother's Day. 8 Minersville American Legion and Auxiliary members attending at-tending the district convention in Milford Saturday evening included Mrs. Phyllis Truman, district president; Mrs. Betty Marshall, district secretary; Mr. and Mrs. Sherwin Wood, Mrs. Florence Wood, Mrs. Dorothy Dor-othy Wood, Mrs. Daisy Gillins, Mrs. Effie Marshall and Mrs. Lillie Lambson. Mrs. Florence Wood was elected district sec-end sec-end vice- president. e Mr. and ' Mrs. Jule Gillins left for the northern part of the state after receiving word cf the birth of a grandchild, born to their son and daughter in law, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Gillins. Gil-lins. This makes the eighth child for the' Gillins. Mrs. Gladys Myers, Mrs. Cassie McKnight and Mrs. Alta Kelsey motored to the northern part of the state last week end. Mrs. Myers visited her son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Art Myers in Kearns; Mrs. McKnight visited her daughter, Mrs. Loretta Cline, and Mrs. Kelsey attended the wedding of a grandson . 9 Kathy Truman and a friend, Paula Black, students at the BYU, and Bill and Gail Peterson Peter-son of Salt Lake were at the home of Mr, and Mrs. Karl Truman on Mother's Day.
