It;. : - MILFORD TOWN BAND: This picture pic-ture loaned to the News by Mrs. Teresa Pitchforth sh:.ws the Milford Town Band E number of years ago. The picture pic-ture was taken about where the Catholic Catho-lic Church stands today. Idetified from the old picture, not necessarily in order are Ralph Pitchorth, Tod Bird, Charlie Beard, Roy Rigers, D. N. H'ckman, Luther Lu-ther Hardy, George Atk'n, Jr., Morrisin Hickman, James Hickman, Heber Nich- ols, Bert May, Norville Williams, Joe wiftS and Mr. Skillicorn. An effort will be mode to revive the old Town Band for performances during the Centennial. Pictures such as this will be printed by the News and some will be put into a historical book for the Centennial. You need only brir:g them to the News office while they are copied and they will be returned unharmed. As a rule, it takes only a few minutes. |
