Charles Paullin, of Tooele, "rnnd master, and Mrs. Jeanette ''-riam of Ogden, president of 't Rebekah Assembly, will head the meetings. Sessions will start at 9 a.m. f-ach day and continue during Ihe day with about 250 in attendance. at-tendance. Sessions will be sponsored spon-sored by the Sandy Lodge No. 11 and the Wasatch Lodge No. " both of Sandy. Odd Fellow members will celebrate the 153rd anniversary of the Odd Fellowship in the United States, and' the 107th year of continuous service in Utah. Sessions will be under the supervision of Grand Master Mas-ter Paullin, who will be honored honor-ed at the banquet Friday at 7 pjn. with Frank Mumford, Mayor of Sandy, giving the welcoming address. Attending the sessions will be Evelyn Reese of Grand Rapids, Ra-pids, Minn., president of the International Association of Rebekah Re-bekah Assemblies, and Clarence W. Brandt, of Mankato, Minn., of the Sovereign Grand Lodge, and deputy sovereign grand master. Delegates will come from throughout Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Colorado, Wyoming and neighboring states. Installation Installa-tion of officers will be held at 8 p.m., April 15, when O. C. Carlson of Sandy Lodge No. 11, deputy grand master, will become be-come grand master. Phyllis Z. Kahley of Mt. Olympus Rebekah Rebe-kah Lodge No. 50 of Salt Lake City, will become president of the Rebekah Assembly. All other officials will be elected. |
