Show MILK IS MOST 'FORGOTTEN FOOD' ON WEEK-ENDS People in the Milford area this month are reminded to get more milk for the week end and also to enjoy more good eating and vibrant health with Utah Dairy Products. The reminder comes from Utah dairy royalty, who are participating in the tenth annual an-nual Utah Dairy Foods Festival Tour sponsored by the American Amer-ican Dairy Association of Utah. Stars of the tour are lovely Margaret Winn, Smithfield, Utah's 1964 Dairy Princess, and her attendants, Gloria Van Dyke, Bountiful, and Joan Durrant, Morgan. The tour began in Duchesne County Tuesday, and will conclude con-clude in Cache County Wednesday Wed-nesday of next week. "We are drawing attention to the high quality and outstanding out-standing flavor of Utah's dairy foods," said Kenneth T. Allred, Salt Lake City, chairman of the committee in charge of the tour. "Utah milk and dairy foods have consistently received re-ceived highest national honors, and we will be stressing the enjoyment and nutritional benefits ben-efits coming from their use." The Dairy Princesses and their entourage are also emphasizing em-phasizing the importance of having an extra supply of milk on hand for the week end. "Surveys show that two of every three families in Utah run out of milk on the week ends," Mr. Allred said. |
