Byron Limb of Ely and his son Frank Limb of Rosemead, Calif., spent Saturday here fishing and visiting Mr. and Mrs. Frank Pryor and other relatives. as reported by G WEN PRYOR A family birthday dinner was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Wood, April 15th, in observance of Floyd's birthday. Those attending were Mr. .and Mrs. Charles Jameson and Karma; Mr. and Mrs. Del-bert Del-bert Jameson, Mr. and Mrs. Sherwin Wood, Mr. and Mrs. LaVar Hollingshead and children chil-dren of Beaver, and Mrs. Jo-lene Jo-lene Pacheco and daughters, e Susan Camp, DUP, met at the home of Mrs. Jennie Mar-quardson. Mar-quardson. Nine members were present and the lesson was given by Albateen Roberts. Mrs. Evelyn (Davis) Munk and small son of Edwards Air Force Base, Calif., are visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mar-cine Mar-cine Davis. The young man was christened Donald Todd Munk by his grandfather, Mar cine Davis, in sacrament service serv-ice Sunday evening. A farewell testimonial was . held Sunday evening for Elder Kenneth Hollingshead. Out of town visitors for the event included in-cluded Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Hollingshead and family of Salt Lake and Bishop and Mrs. Ray J. Berg and family of Heber. Mr. and Mrs. Randall Banks have returned home after a week's visit with their children in Salt Lake. 0 Here from out of town to attend the wedding reception for Irma Jean Blackburn and Bruce Edwards were Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Blackburn and children chil-dren of Salt Lake; ' Mr. and O Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Martin and family of Las Vegas spent the week end here visiting their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dohn Martin. Mrs. Rachel Eyre, who recently re-cently underwent eye surgery in Cedar City, is convalescing at the home of her sister, Mrs. Vella Stephenson. Joan and Gaye Pryor, daughters of Mr. and Mrs. H. J. Pryor, spent the week end in Tooele visiting Mr. and Mrs. Wade Hodge and family. 9 Susan Gillins has been released re-leased from the Cedar City Hospital, where she underwent major surgery. Mr. and Mrs. Saun Bohn and family of McGill, Nev., visited briefly Saturday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dohn Martin. Mr. and Mrs. Karl Truman and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Jones of Milford will motor to Houston, Hous-ton, Texas, this week to attend a National Boards of Education Educa-tion Convention. |
