Skip left for California to get his wife and they will make their home in McGill. Also at the Rogers home over the week end were their daughter, Mrs. Lela Mae Warby and son Bryan of Beaver. Mrs. Doris Johnson and two of her younger children, Sheila and David, of Logan, have been visiting her mother, Mrs. Naomi Hughes. While here Mrs. Johnson received word that her husband's uncle had passed away and she left for Long Beach, Calif., to attend funeral services. She returned to Milford Sunday and will leave this week end for her home in Logan. Mr. and Mrs. Neil Smyth and baby of Woodland Hills, Calif., were here recently to vi-.-it his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Powell Smyth. 9 Dick and Mary Blonquist end 3 y.ar old daughter Lisa of Salt Lake are expected in Milford this week end. They will be guests of her parents Mr. and Mrs. Louis Jimenez. O Mr. and Mrs. Baker Erick-son Erick-son and children have moved to Paramont, Calif., where Mr. Erickson is employed as electrician elec-trician for the Union Pacific. O Ross Cottrell called on- his mother, Mrs. Bertha Cottrell, this week. Word has been received in Milford that Harry Jefferson has a new assignment with the U S Army in Korea. He had been stationed at Ft. Lewis, Wash. His wife, Trudy, plans to visit her son in law and daughter, Joe and Helen Duffy in Ft. Bragg, N. C, during her husband's absence. Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Winn have moved from the Leo Har-ton Har-ton rental home to the rental home of Mrs. Ella Parkinson, formerly occupied by the Baker Bak-er Ericksons. Mrs. Lula Yither spent a few days in Milford. She will return to Las Vegas where she is spending the winter. She was also in Salt Lake on business busi-ness and in Milford to see her doctor. She visited with Mrs. Magdalena White while here. Mrs. Bonnie Johnson of Lay-ton Lay-ton was in Milford at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Lund, and her mother in law Mrs. Sophia Johnson. Also at the Lund home this week is another daughter, Mrs. Sandi and Janis. 9 Mr. and Mrs. Lamar Outzen Grace Higbee and two daughters daugh-ters of Salt Lake. Mr. and Mrs. William Van Tassle were in Salt Lake on business over the week end. Mr. and Mrs. V. W. Spain-hower Spain-hower were in Salt Lake last week to call on their son Tommy. The couple will leave this week for Maywood, Calif., to spend a week with their son George and granddaughters |
