Show Robert and RaNee Christmas and son Robert of Pasadena, Calif., and Bill and Jeannie Rummler of Salt Lake were at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Hal Norton for Christmas. Mrs. Earl (Afton) Nielsen and 10 year old daughter Sheri of Farmington were in Milford calling on friends and Mrs. Nielsen's brother and family, Mr. and Mrs. Grant Mellor. They were house guests of Mr. and Mrs. Lamar Grimshaw. Mr. Nielsen, who is working out of Milford for the U P, joined the group at the Grim-shaws Grim-shaws for one evening. Mr. and Mrs. C. R. Grimshaw spent their Christmas in Las Vegas with their son, Mr. and Mrs. Doug Farnow, and enjoyed en-joyed fishing on Lake Mead. School Days Are Here Again, and if your children don't take lunches to school they'll still love Jif Peanut Butter sandwiches for their after school snack. Smith spent Christmas Eve with their son in law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Holmes and children, and returned home Christmas Day. They were joined by another daughter daugh-ter and family, Mr. and Mrs. J. Berlin Osborn and four of their children, of Escalante. Included in the party were the newlyweds, son and daughter in law of the Osborns, Mr. and Mrs. Milton Osborn. A son Ronnie Ron-nie left Dec. 19 for a two-year tour of duty with the U S Air Force in Puerto Rico. Tribole were in Bountiful to spend Christmas at the home of their son, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Tribole and son. Mrs. Bertha Cottrell has been with her son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ross Cottrell, in Salt Lake during the holidays. O Roy Rummler, who is teaching teach-ing at the Junior High School in Albuquerque, N. M., and attending at-tending college to complete work for his Master's Degree, was in Milford with his par-nts, par-nts, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Rummler, Rum-mler, for Christmas. Bill and Jeanne Rummler of Salt Lake were also at the Rummler home. Mrs. LaPrele Lewis will continue con-tinue to stay in Salt Lake until after New Year's. Williams, for Christmas. Mrs. Williams returned to Salt Lake to visit her son and a sister, Mrs. Shanna Caldwell. 0 Mr. and Mrs. Gene Mayer and children returned from a trip Monday evening. Leaving Milford the Sunday before Christmas they stopped in Las Vegas with friends, Gene and Helen Forsythe, and on Monday Mon-day drove to Lancaster, Calif., to spend Christmas with Gene's sister. They took the children to the famous Disneyland, and also visited in Bakersfield, Calif., with Gene's mother, Mrs. Emma Mayer, and a sister. Returning home Saturday they were accompanied by Mrs. Murie's mother, Mrs. Mary Pickering of Enterprise, who is recuperating from an illness. Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Simp-kins Simp-kins of Cedar City spent part of the holidays in Milford with parents Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Ger-ald Gillins and Mr. and Mrs. M. D. Simpkins. After Christmas Christ-mas the Ronald Simpkins and the Gillins motored to Las Vegas to visit Gerald Gillins Jr. and family. O Holiday visitors at the Norman Nor-man Lamb home were a sifter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Mayer of Bowden, No. Dakota; their daughter Lola Lamb, and another sister and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Pearson and son, all of Salt Lake. C Mr. and Mrs. James Jesse and Mr. and Mrs. Don Mayer were in Las Vegas over the week end. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Rimpau and son were holiday visitors in Los Angeles at the home of his mother, Mrs. Helen Rimpau. |
