Show ford, Utah, an answer to the complaint within 20 days after service of this summons upon you. If you fail so to do, judgment by default will be taken against you ' for the relief re-lief demanded in said complaint, com-plaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court, and a copy of which is deposited depos-ited with the Clerk of the within entitled Court. This is an action brought to quiet title in the plaintiffs and against the siad defendants to the following described real property situate in the County of Beaver, State of Utah, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning 43 725 rods north of the southeast cor-nre cor-nre of Lot 1, Block 76, Plat "A", Beaver City Survey, thence running north 11 925 rods; thence west 12 rods; thence south 11 925 rods; thence east 12 rods to the place of beginning, and situated situ-ated in the NEy4 of the SE14 of Section 16, Township 29 South, Range 7 West, Salt Lake Meridian.
