Plaintiff, vs. BEAVER BEA-VER CO-OPERATIVE MERCANTILE MER-CANTILE INSTITUTION, Inc., a corporation; BEAVER EQUITABLE EQUIT-ABLE CO-OP, a corporation, formerly named and known as BEAVER CO-OPERATIVE COMMERCIAL A.ND MFG. INST., a corporation: ETELKA ROBINSON; BEAVER CO-OPERATIVE MERCANTILE AND MANUFACTURING COMPANY, COMPA-NY, INC., a corporation, and all other persons unknown, claiming any right, title, estate or interest in or lien upon the real property described in the pleading adverse to complainant's complain-ant's ownership or clouding its title thereto, Defendants. THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS: DE-FENDANTS: You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Cline & Cline, plaintiff's attorneys, at-torneys, whose address is Milford, Mil-ford, Utah, an answer to the complaint within 20 days after service of this summons upon you. If you fail so to do, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief re-lief demanded in said complaint, com-plaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court, reference to which is hereby made. This is an action brought to quiet title in the plaintiff and against the said defendants to the following described real property situate in the County Coun-ty of Beaver, State of Utah, and more particularly described de-scribed as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 3, Block 20, Plat "A", Beaver City Survey, Sur-vey, thence running East 99 feet; thence South 33 feet 4 inches; thence West 99 feet; thence North 33 feet 4 inches to the place of begininng.
