Mr. and Mrs. Vic Davis and four children f Cedar City were week end voters at the home of his mother, Mrs. Eula-lia Eula-lia Davis. Cedar City, and Mr. and Mrs. ' Rex Carter and family of Beaver. Bea-ver. Visiting Mr. and Mrs. Delmer Gray over the week end were Mrs. Gray's parents, Mr. and Mrs. S. H. Lamb of St. George, and a sister, Mrs. Bob Hammond Ham-mond of Pioche. e Mr. and Mrs. Byron Lim and daughter Sheri of Ely, Nev. spent several days here last week. They came to attend funeral services for Mr. Limb's sister, Mrs. Hortense White. Sheri will remain for a week to visit relatives, e Mrs. Barbara Messinger and son Paul of Cedar City have been visiting at the home of This Week in MINERSVILLE as reported by GWEN PRYOR Mr. and Mrs. Obra Myers had the pleasure of having all their children and grandchildren grandchil-dren visit at their home Saturday. He graduated from the BYU in January. Mr and Mrs. Claude Myers of Craig, Colo., visited here last week with relatives. Mrs. Cas-sie Cas-sie McKnight and Mrs. Wilma Davis will accompany their brother and his wife on a trip down the coast. 0 Mr. and Mrs. Billie Garrett of Cedar City spent the week end with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Newell Marshall. A bridal shower was given in honor of Miss Susan Mar- shall, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alton Marshall, Wednesday evening, at the home of her parents. Miss Marshall will be married to David Edwards of Beaver. Jerry Mitchell, formerly of Parowan, and Mrs. Jane Roberts Rob-erts Theriot of MinersvillJ were united in marriage (ths second time) in Salt Lake, Feb 9th. They will make their home in Salt Lake, where both are employed. Many relatives and friends attended the cere- her mother, Mrs. , Effie Marshall. Mar-shall. O Mrs. Amanda Nolder spent a day last week at her home. She is now staying in Beaver at the home of her son in law and daughter, Ambrose and Bertha Dalton. e Sharon Williams, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Williams, celebrated her seventh birthday with a party on Feb. 16th. Betty Murray and son Phillip of Cedar City spent a day last week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Wood. We are sorry to see many townsfolk on the sick list again. Anna Rae Carter, Lorin Goff and Andy Hollingshead are patients at the Beaver County Hospital. We wish them a speedy recovery. Also Clarence Kirkham of Beaver, who has been in the hospital recently. Mr. and Mrs." Dale Eyre are proud parents of a new baby boy, born last week in the Iron County Hospital. Gayle Truman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Karl Truman, was home for the week end from the U of U. A college friend accompanied her home. Sunday evening in sacrament service several young men received re-ceived the Aaronic Priesthood awards: Deacons Brad Davis, Ward Dotson, Randy Carter, Ronald Marshall, Greg Marshall, Mar-shall, Gil Limb, Neal Hollings head, Ray Fails and Calvert Albrecht; Ward Teachers John Craw, Keith Dotson, Barlow Carter and Kenneth Gray; Priests Justin Gray, Kenneth Hollingshead, Fred Myers, Raymond Ray-mond Davis and Richard Albrecht.
