Show NOTICE OF SALE OF PERSONAL PER-SONAL PROPERTY FOR DELINQUENT TAXES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I. Rondo T. Farrer. as County Treasurer of Boaver County, State of Utah, pursuant pur-suant to Section 59-10-49, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, will sell at public auction to the highest high-est bidder for cash, at the Mystery-Sniffer Mine, located in Indian Creek Canyon in Beaver County, Utah, on the 6th day of June, 1962, at the hour of 2 o'clock P. M., tha following described personal property for delinquent taxes levied against personal property prop-erty and assessed to LaVar Hollingshead, of Beaver City, Utah, plus penalties, interest and costs, for tha years 1958, 1959, 1960 and 1961, the amount due, exclusive of costs, being $1,498.52, to-wit: 900 feet of 2-inch pipe, 900 feet of mine rails, Steel bldg. 18-ft x 27-ft, Steei Port, 9-ft x 14-ft., Ore Bins, 1000 ft of Aluminum pipe (2-in.), one Navy type air blower, three ore cars, compressor, com-pressor, and generator, two transformers, 5000 ft. of copper wire.
