Township 30 South, Range 10 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in Beaver County, Utah, thence South to the Beaver-Iron Beaver-Iron County line, thence West along the Beaver-Iron County line to the Utah-Nevada State line, thence North along the Utah-Nevada State line to the Beaver-Millard County line, thence East along the Beaver - Millard County line to the Northeast corner of Section 12, Township Town-ship 26 South, Range 10 West, thence South to the place of beginning, and WHEREAS, on the 5th day of June, 1961, the Board of County Commissioners of said County, pursuant to the pro -visions of Section 17-29-27, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, adopted a resolution duly declaring de-claring that said Beaver County Coun-ty Service Area No. 2 was reorganized re-organized for the purpose o) providing said hospital service; and WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners on the 7th day of August, 1961, by Ordinance No. 90, annexed to said Beaver County Service Area No. 2 the following described de-scribed territory in Beaver County, to-wit: All of the area of Beaver County, Utah, which is not now included within either Beaver County Service Area No. 1 or Beaver County Service Ser-vice Area No. 2 and being particularly described as follows: fol-lows: Beginning at the Northeast North-east corner of Section 1, Township 30 South, Range 10 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence west 6 miles to the Northwest North-west corner of Section 6, Township 30 South. Range 10 West; thence South to the Beaver - Iron County line; thence East 7 miles along the Beaver-Iron County line to the Southeast corner of Sao tion 31, Township 30 South, Range 9 West. That all action heretofore taken by the Board of Trustees of Beaver County Service Area No. 2 and the officers of said Board and of said Service Area directed toward to-ward the holding of an election elec-tion on the issuance of $160,-000.00 $160,-000.00 of General Obligation Bonds and directed toward the construction or other acquisition acquisi-tion of a building for the operation op-eration and maintenance of a public hospital with all necessary neces-sary facilities, equipment and appurtenances deemed necessary neces-sary for providing hospital service for said Service Area and the inhabitants thereof, be and the same is ratified, approved ap-proved and confirmed, including includ-ing without limiting the generality gen-erality of the foregoing, the propcoal of said Board of Trustees Trus-tees to incur an indebtednsss, the adoption of a resolution calling a hearing on said proposal, pro-posal, the publication of the notice of said hearing, the holding and conducting of said hearing, the determination of said Board of Trustees to call an election on the question of issuing $160,000.00 of General Obligation Bonds for the purpose pur-pose of constructing, installing or otherwise acquiring a building build-ing for the operation and maintenance main-tenance of a public hospital, bearing interest at a rate or rates not to exceed four and one-half percentum (4y2) per annum from their date to maturity and maturing serially coinmei.cir.g not laier than three (3) years from date aiio extending for a period not longer than twenty (20) years (pursuant to Section 17-2J-24, Utah Code Annotated, 1953) |
