Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer Engi-neer for an extension of time to resume use of water, to change and to appropriate water in Beaver Bea-ver County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless un-less otherwise designated. All locations lo-cations are in SLB&M. Extension No. 112 Lloyd S. and Eugene H. Mayer, Miiford, Ut, has filed for an extension of time within which to resume use of .134 sec.-ft. of water, evidenced by Underground-water Claim No. 4062, Water Users Claim No. 152, Escalante Valley Determination. The water has been diverted from a well 60 ft. deep at a point N. 115 ft. and E. 1280 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 36, T28S, R11W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1, as a supplemental supply, to irrigate irri-gate 13.23 acres in SWViSWyi said Sec. 36, and for year-round domestic and stock-watering purposes. pur-poses. The water was last beneficially bene-ficially used in 1942, and an ex-1 tension of time is now requested to and including December 31, 1961. Extension No. 119 Eliza A. Gunn, Beaver City, Ut., has filed for an extension of time within which to resume use of 3 sec.-ft. of water under Award No. 117 in the Beaver River Decree, Case No. 625, dated Nov. 13, 1931. The water has been diverted from Big Canyon Spring, trib. to Beaver River at a point N. 85 deg. 50 min. W. 8800 ft. from WVi Cor. Sec. 18, T29S, R8W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate irri-gate 80 acres in E&SEV4SWV4, SWi4SWy4SEy4 Sec. 7, T29S, R8W. The water was last beneficially bene-ficially used in June 19, 1945, and an extension of time is now requested to and including December De-cember 31, 1962. To Change: a-3795 Morton Smith, Greenville, Green-ville, Ut., proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 3 sec.-ft. of water initiated initiat-ed by Application No. 26637. The water was to have been diverted from a well at a point S. 20 ft. and W. 1340 ft. from EV4 Cor. Sec. 16, T28S, R7W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate irri-gate 80 acres in NEy4SWy4, NWV4SEV4 said Sec. 16. Hereafter 3 sec.-ft. is to be diverted from a 16-in. well, 400 ft. deep at a point S. 200 ft. and W. 2840 ft. from EYi Cor. Sec. 23, T29S, R8W. The water is to to used during the same period and for the same purposes as heretofore in NVfeSWVi Sec. 23, ESEV4 See. 22, T29S, R8W. To Appropriate: 31925 Neil and Barbara Rehn-strom, Rehn-strom, Beaver, Ut. .015 sec.-ft. from a 6-in. well, 60 ft. deep at a point N. 924 ft. and E. 132 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 19, T29S, R7W. The water is to be used for the domestic requirements of one family. 32121 John J. The water is to be used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 80 acres in SW14NEV4, NWVtSEVt said Sec. 4. 32259 Emil Nowers, Beaver, Ut., .1 sec.-ft. from a 4-in. well bet. 100 and 300 ft. deep at a point N. 10 ft. and E. 10 ft. from WVi Cor. Sec. 4, T30S, R7W. The water is to be used for the domestic requirements of one family, for the watering of 200 cattle, and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate lA acre, all uses in SWy4SWi4NWi4 said Sec. 4. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications applica-tions with reasons therefor, must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Capi-tol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on or before January 28, 1961.
