Davis, candidate for Beaver County Board of Education Educa-tion from District 4, was born May 15, 1922, in Filer, Idaho. He married Virginia Chrystal Davis in Iowa, August 27, 1954. They have twin daughters, Dorothy Patrice and Julia Elaine, 5 years old. Mr. Davis attended the Filer schools and graduated from Stanford Stan-ford University with Economics and Transportation majors. He served with the U S Army for 26 months in the European Theatre during World War II, and was discharged as a master sergeant. He has been employed by the Union Pacific as janitor, student, telegraph operator, train dis-natcher dis-natcher at Los Angeles, Las V gas and Salt Lake, and since ' '55 has been trainmaster at Milford. He is a member of Vegas Lodge No. 42, F & A M; York itite bodies and El Kalah Shrine; he Milford Lions Club and Ruth Chapter No. 6, O E S; also of the Railroad Superintendents Association As-sociation of America. |
