Show Milford B P W Hosts Beaver Ladies and Milford Graduates Fifteen members of the Beaver Business and Professional Women's Wom-en's Club met with members of the Milford organization Monday evening in the Milford Library to announce the candidacy of Miss Anna Stark for state first vice president. Also guests for the occasion were girls from the Milford High School graduating class, to hear the lesson on "Career Advancement," Advance-ment," presented by Mrs. Arlene Bradshaw. During the evening the Milford group selected new officers, including in-cluding Mrs. Vera Bond, president; presi-dent; Miss Lottie Armitage first vice president; Mrs. Lela Rowley, Row-ley, second vice president; Mrs. Lillian Anderson, recording secre- j tary; Mrs. Arlene Bradshaw, corresponding cor-responding secretary, and Mrs. Naomi Hughes, treasurer. Ladies attending from Beaver were Hazel Stapley, president; Althea Low, Vilda Smith, VeLoy Murdock, Karla Tattersall, Agnes Williams, Pauline Firmage, Mildred Mil-dred Pickafd, Bertha Dalton, Lydia Patterson Ella Easton, Lucy Brown, Pearl Thompson, Alice Heslington and Anna Stark. |
