Show Mr. and Mrs. Max Roberts of McGill, Nev., were here during the Memorial holidays at the home of Mr. and Mrs. V. Wad-doups. Wad-doups. LeRoy Griffiths, son of Mr. and Mrs. Morgan Griffiths, will be graduated next week end from the University of Utah. He majored in business and science, sci-ence, and studied law for one year. Next fall he plans to continue his law studies at the University. Mr. and Mrs. Morgan Griffiths Grif-fiths will attend baccalaureate serviies at the University of Utah Sunday evening, and graduation grad-uation exercises Monday evening. eve-ning. Sheila stayed at the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George Dalton, in Long Mr. and Mrs. Paul Prisbrey have purchased the home formerly for-merly occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Arleigh Campeau. Mr. and Mrs. Campeau are living in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Don Wis-ner, Wis-ner, which they plan to buy, and Mr. and Mrs. Wisner have purchased the home of Mr. and Mrs. Bob Price. The Prices have moved to Las Vegas. Beach, for an extended visit, while Mrs. Cooper and Anna Rae spent a few days at the homes of Mr. and Mrs. Delos Hollis in Norwalk and Mr. and Mrs. Warren Millsap in Covina before returning home. Mrs. Rosemary Davie and children and Beth DeLeuw will leave this week for Farming-ton, Farming-ton, N. M., where they will spend two weeks visiting relatives rela-tives of Mrs. Davie. I Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Talbot ' are living in one of the Al Kirk rental apartments on Main street. Bert O'Leary, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred O'Leary, is home from college. He plans to work for the City of Milford this summer, and re-enroll at the B Y U in the fall. MILFORD PERSONAL Gary Weston and Ralph Smith left Tuesday for Yermo, Calif., to work on a signal gang for the summer. Mrs. Ray Mclntyre left Tuesday Tues-day for Salt Lake to meet her husband, en route to Milford after a year in Greenland with the U S Air Force. He expects to be stationed at Hamilton Field, Calif. Harold Renshow, Union Pacific Pa-cific employee, has moved to Milford. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Forgie of Los Angeles are here for a two-week two-week visit at the homes of Mr. and Mrs. Bert Smithson and Mr. and Mrs. Jim Smithson. Mrs. Marion Walker and children, chil-dren, formerly of Minersville, have moved to Milford and are living at their home, 802 South 100 West street. Mrs. Grant Morby and children chil-dren of Bountiful are here for a visit with her relatives and friends. They are at the home of Mrs. Morby's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Kent Smith. Mr. and Mrs. Kay Banks and children of Kimberly, Nev., were here 'for the Memorial 1 holidays at the home of Mrs. Banks' parents, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Lund. Mrs. Harry Meeker is now at home recuperating from a leg operation she underwent at the Beaver County Hospital. Marsha Culver, 9-year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roland Rol-and Culver, suffered two broken brok-en wrists last Wednesday while playing in a swing. Mrs. Maurine Miller attended attend-ed funeral services in Cedar City for a nephew, Richard Banks, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Banks of Gallup, N. M., who was killed when struck by an auto in the New Mexico city. Visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Anderson and son Harlan is Miss Norma Schofield of Northboro, Mass. Miss Schofield, a friend of Harlan, attended graduation exercises ex-ercises at the U of U. Mrs. Harry Garfield and Mrs.. Patsy Garfield were in Provo to attend graduation exercises ex-ercises at the B Y U. Neal Garfield Gar-field of Logan joined his wife there, and they returned to Logan. Mrs. Harry Garfield and daughter Carol Jean returned re-turned to Milford. Carol Jean will enroll at the B Y U for the summer quarter, June 10th. Mr. and Mrs. D. W. Penfield and three children of Phoenix, Ariz., are in Milford for a week at the home of Mrs. Penfield's parents, Mr. and Mrs. V. Wad-doups. |
