Show MILFORD Personal Mention Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Connell . were in Salt Lake last week, where Mrs. Connell received medical care. They are now at home and Mrs. Connell is in much better health. Mr. and Mrs. Darryl Schramm who have been living in Salt Lake will be in Milford soon. Darryl will be employed this summer at B & M Buick Sales. Mr., and Mrs. Ray Christiansen Christian-sen and children o Bountiful have been guests at the Milford home of Mr. and Mrs. C. R. Grimshaw.. Callers at the home of Mr-and Mr-and Mrs. Kimmel Coon last week end were a brother in law and sister of Mrs. Coon, Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Thiessen of Ely. " Mrs. Leah Foerster and daughter Joyce of Bountiful were in Milford over the Memorial Me-morial holidays. Mrs. Foerster returned to her home and Joyce remained for a longer visit with relatives and friends. They were house guests of Mr. and Mrs. William Thompson. Gary Rummler, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Rummler, graduated gradu-ated at the BYU last week end. Gary received a tuition scholar- " " ship from the Deseret News last year, and is now working as a sports writing for that newspaper. newspa-per. He also writes a column, "Rambling with Gary." Mr. and Mrs. Rummler attended the baccalaureate services and the graduation exercises last Sunday Sun-day and Monday. Mrs. Rachel Neeley and Mrs. Iris Willyard were in Kaysville and Franklin, Idaho, over the Memorial holidays. Miss Joan Merryweather was graduated from the general clerical course at L D S Business Busi-ness College on Friday evening, May 24. Mrs. Verl Horton underwent a major operation last week in the Iron County Hospital. She is expected to return to Milford' next week. , Harlan Anderson, an honor student at the University of Utah, will be graduated June 10th, receiving a bachelor's degree de-gree in ceramic engineering. He will be employed by a motor company in Worcester, Mass., this summer, and in the fall will continue his studies at the University of California at Berkeley, studying for a doctor's doc-tor's degree. Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Anderson will be in Salt Lake for the graduation exercises: exer-cises: Mrs. Kenneth Munk and son j. Donald are in Escalante with Mrs. Munk's mother, helping with her spring housecleaning. Mr. Munk plans to join his family about June 16, when they will return to Milford. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Lang and three small sons of Seattle, Wash., are visiting at the homes of Mr. Lang's grandmother, Mrs. Jane Lang, and father, Ross Lang. The group spent two days this week at Pan-guitch Pan-guitch Lake. The Langs plan to return to their ' home in Washington this week end. i 1. |
