Show LADY FIREMEN PLAN TO HOST STATE MEETING Friday, May 24, and Saturday, May 25, O. W. Karn Lodge No. 439 and Utahna Lodge No. 358 will be hosts to the Utah Stale Meeting oi' the Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and En-ginemen En-ginemen and the Ladies Society. On Friday evening a cocktail party has been scheduled at St. Bridget's recreation hall. Th.- program for Saurday includes in-cludes Registration, 8 a. m. Joint meeting, 9 a. m. ,J.t 10 a. in. the Ladies Society and the men will separate to hold separate business sessions, meeting jointly for lunch, to be served, in the Milford high school lunch room. Immediately after lunch, the official drills will be exemplified exempli-fied in the school gymnasium, - after which separate meetings will again be conducted. A banquet is scheduled for 7 o'clock Saturday evening, in St. Bridget's recreation hall, to be followed by a dance. Special guests who will attend at-tend are Lillian Kemp, Spokane, Wash., grand vice president; Emma Hoffman, San Francisco, inspector; and Gwen Ritten-house, Ritten-house, inspector from Los Angeles. An-geles. Phyllis Erickson is general chairman of arrangements for the ladies' meetings, and Dave ' Erickson is chairman of the arrangements for the men. Other chairmen include: Mar-jery Mar-jery Harton, luncheon; Afton Nielsen, flowers; Jerry Mem-mott, Mem-mott, dinner, and Alma Sly, registration. |
