I think the Starzz are a good thing for Utah. There's a lot of talented women out there." Brady James, Senior: "Good for the state. Utahns are hungry for pro sports. We have accepted the Grizzlies, Buzz and Raptors, so we should accept the Starzz too." Darol Evans, Sophomore: "I heard there was a women's team called the Starzz, but I didn't know they belonged to Utah." David Neisen, Sophomore: "Yes, the Starzz will last in Utah. No way will we put that much money in it and let it go down. It's a big step for women." Emily Purser, Junior "They probably won't last. They are not as physically enjoyable to watch as men." Ayako Tamada, Freshman: "I don't know much about them, but if I had the time I would go watch them play." Kaylynn Lamb, Junior "I think the Starzz will last. It's exciting that there's a women's NBA league and that Utah's supporting this." Thabo Mzili Kazi, Junior: "They should last. The women's NBA is long overdue. Women's sports should have been recognized a long time ago. Women play an important role in the human race." Beth Ferrin, Senior: "No, I don't think it will sell. Both the Starzz and women's NBA will struggle because women's athletics aren't supported. Also, they chose the wrong name for the team."
