The statues of the Wildcat, one just south of the Union Building and another in front of the Dee Events Center, were commissioned by John A. Linquist and sculpted by artist, David W. Jackson. Some of the less obvious but just as sweeping changes have come within the administrative and curriculum areas. Last year the decision was made to add a vice president for student services to the administration of Weber. This year Dr. Marie L. Kotter has taken up the reins of that position and has begun the changes of moving student-oriented organizations under her auspices. lso.
