The theme for the program is "future Shock", and is under the student direction of Bonnie Stephens, Gary Carter, and Walt Schaffer, with Jay Clegg as executive consultant. The program is teaming with a variety of comedy and satire about man at his best and his worst. A melodrama will open the program program, and it will be followed by man's past and present. After a brief intermission, the second half of the melodrama will set the stage for a look at the options of man's future. Two communications classes, oral reading and interpretation, have combined their efforts for the first time to make up the nucleus of the program. Their joint effort should make this readers' theater one of the finest. The performance will be held on Dec. 1 and 2 in the Cellar Theater of the Weber State College Fine Arts Center. Art and photography faculty members will be featured in exhibit of their works. Those whose works will be shown are row one left to right, David Chaplin, Farrell Collett, and Charles Groberg.
