Show Ql'AKTEHLY (JON FKHENt'E. The quarterly conference of the St. George Stake of Zion was held last Sunday Sun-day and Monday. Apostle Abraham O. Woodruff, arid Elder Joseph W. Mc-Murrin, Mc-Murrin, one of the Seven Presidents of the Seventies, were the visiting bretheren. The sessions were crowded, crowd-ed, the Tabernacle being tested to its utmost seating capacity at some of the meetings. Much valuable advice Was given, especially oh the subject of the Word of Wisdom: The conference was a very edjoyable one throughout, the remarks of the various speakers being listened to with attention, and will doubtless be productive of much good. The Stake Priesthood meeting was the best attended, for some tittle, and the remarks of Apostle V odd ruff and Elder MeMurrin Were full of good, sound, wholesome advice, |
