Regulars for l'hilipp'uies. Washington, Dec. 5. In accordance with orders from the war department, several regiments of the United States army will in a few weeks embark for the Philippines. The order, which includes in-cludes the Third infantry, and the Second, Sec-ond, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Fifteenth and Twentieth regiments, requires that these regiments be prepared for prolonged pro-longed foreign field service in the tropics trop-ics outside the limit of the United States. The regiments, with cavalry, are ordered to rendezvous at San Francisco Fran-cisco between January 1 and 12.
