Show ubi'KKX covin'. The 10 Mav tTrof the Fifth Judicial Judi-cial patriot Court in and for Washington Washing-ton C'ountv was held on Wednesday o this week. Judge W. M- McCavty o the Sixth district presiding, and the entire inlander cleared in a session lastimv less than an hour. John K. Wallis, editor of this paper, took advantage of the presence in this citv of Mr. John S. Hollo, Judge Mc-Ca'rtv-s stenographer, with whom he has been intimately acquainted since POP and with him and P. H. Morns as witnesses applied to the Court for his second naturalization papers. As a consequence the editor is now a fuil-fleded fuil-fleded American citizen. In the David Moss estate due proceedings pro-ceedings were had and Thomas P Cot-tara Cot-tara was appointed administrator. Judge Daggett represented the estate as counsel. mlS'- O |
