The snow on the mountains north of Harmony was fifteen inches deep on May 2nd. The last storm moistened the soil in good style. ' The weather is quite cold at present. Fruit here mostly killed by frost; lucem was also frozen. Wheat looks very promising and is about four inches high. Potatoes are uu being planted. |
