The Association of Veteran Artillerymen Artillery-men of the XAUVOO LEGION cordially cor-dially invite all the Officers and Men who were enrolled in the Legion, before be-fore it was disbanded in 1870, to join with them in a Social Gathering, and old time Dancing Party, in the Thirteenth Thir-teenth Ward Assembly Hall, at an early candle light (7 p. m.), on Friday-April Friday-April 7. .1899. Their descendants and friends also will be welcomed. The purpose is to revive the warm feeling of friendship that were engendered during the varied, and sometimes thrilling, thrill-ing, experience they mutually shared while associated with the Legion. We want every one who attends, to enjoy the occasion, without fashionable restraint, re-straint, swallow-tail coats, or new fan gl-ed gl-ed dances.
