TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN : Notice is hereby Riven that the State cf Utah filed in this office a list, No. H, oflamls selected by the said State ior the establishment and maintenance of an Insane Asvh'.m, under Section 12 of the Act of Congress approved July 10, 1SS14. The following tract, embraced m said list, is in a township containing mineral claims of record, viz. : The north half of the northeast quarter of Section fourteen (1-1), iu Township forty-one (11), south, and of Itange thirteen (13), west Salt Lake Ease and Meridian. ' A copy of said list, by descriptive subdivision, subdivis-ion, so tar as it relates to said tract, has been conspicuously posted in this office, for inspection inspec-tion by any person interested, and by the public pub-lic generally, During lhe sUtv (lays next following the date of tins nonce, under departmental instructions of November 27, 1W6, (23 L.
