Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS state engineers office salt lake city utah aar apr 30 1919 notice Is hereby given that the bull valley gold mines company with its principal office at salt lake city utah has made application in accordance with the requirements of the compiled laws of utah 1907 as amended by the session laws of utah 1909 1911 and 1915 to appropriate prop five 5 second feet of water from a spring in washington county said spring Is situated in territory at a point north 20 degrees west 84 ft from a straight mark on a limestone cliff 7 ft above its base in what Is known as the narrows about five miles east of nelson a ranch and twelve miles northeasterly from the town of gunlock the water will be conveyed from the spring by means of a pipe line and a canal aggregating ft in length and there used from january 1 to december 31 inclusive of each year to irrigate acres of land described as follows beginning at a point of diversion running thence N 60 degrees W ft thence S 30 degrees W ft thence S 60 degrees E 1320 ft thence N 30 degrees E ft thence N 60 degrees W ft to place of beginning this application is designated in the state engineers gi office as no all protests against the granting of said application stating the reasons must be made by affidavit in duplicate accompanied with a tee of 2 50 and filed in this office within thirty days after the completion of the publication of this notice G F mcgonagle state engineer date of first publication may 8 1919 date of completion of cation june 5 1919 |
