Show ENTERPRISE Mrs. Theresa Huntsman Reporter The baby boy born April 21 to Mr. and Mrs. Mark Balen died on April 22 and was buried here Monday. Mrs. Dwight Jones and small son are here with Mr. Jones' parents, par-ents, after having spent the winter in Orderville and Washington with her sister and her parents. Mrs. Erwin Farnsworth and small son have returned home from Salt Lake City where they spent the winter. , Mr. and Mrs. A. P. Winsor spent Thursday and Friday in Cedar City and St. George transacting trans-acting business. The Senior class of the Enterprise Enter-prise high school went to Cedar City to say farewell to two of their class, who were called to report at Fort Douglas the same day for service in the Navy. After seeing the boys off, they went to Zion Park and returned home on Saturday.. The boys leaving were Glade Truman and Wesley Holt. Monday Glade and Wesley returned return-ed home, having been released from going until another call is made. Imogene Holt spent Saturday in St. George where her friend, Miss Helen Brooks, honored her with a bridal shower. Her mother, Mrs. Mary Holt accompanied her. F. D. Terry has gone to California Cali-fornia for medical treatment. Pfc. Leonard Hunt is home from Ft. Knox, Kentucky on furlough. fur-lough. Phyllis Holt spent the week end here from Cedar City where she is a nurse in the Iron county hospital. Mr. and Mrs. C. S. Fackerell have returned home from St. George where they spent the winter working in the Temple. Ephriam Barlow, who has been in St. George for some time under the doctor's care, returned home on Friday. |
