Show LEEDS Mrs. Lizzie McQuaid lie porter Mrs. E. Webb of Hurricane is here visiting with her daughter, Mrs. Walter Eager. Mr. and Mrs. Karl McMullin and small children spent Sunday afternx)n here visiting relatives. Friday evening the M. I. A. officers of-ficers entertained at a dance and social. W. G. McMullin returned home from Salt Lake City last Thursday. Thurs-day. Den McMullin returned to Salt Lake City Sunday evening, after spending four days at home. He expects to attend the' university this winter. Alene Allen has returned home from Salt Lake City, where she has had employment through the summer and is now enrolled at the Dixie junior college. Frank P. McMullin was a business busi-ness visitor to St. George last Monday. Elbert Pack, who is in training train-ing camp in California spent two days home last week. Leeds has 31 students who ride the school bus to St. George. Our school population (through families moving away) has decreased de-creased so that we only have one teacher. The 7th and 8th grades going to St. George; and we have no beginners this year. |
