Show Schools of Washington County To Hold 'Bundle Day' On Monday A "Bundle Day" to aid underprivileged underprivi-leged children in the United States and needy bombed-out children in Britain will be held in the public schools of Washington Washing-ton county, Monday, Oct. " 5th, through Friday, Oct. 9th, announced an-nounced Supt. of schools Milton E. Moody. APPeal Is Made According to the leaflet, a copy of which will be given to each Pupil to take home, an appeal is made for used serviceable Nothing and shoes in connection w'th a Children's Clothing Cru-ie Cru-ie now being conducted by the the Children Federation all w the United States. The goal of the campaign is a million pounds of clothing by the end of the J'ear. The school systems of 340 immunities, including cities, owns, school districts, and counts, coun-ts, have already held "Bundle Days" or have agreed to partici-pa'e partici-pa'e in the crusade.
