Slack Reporter Mr. and Mrs. Archie Daniels and sons, Keith and Clark, left Saturday Sat-urday for their home in Salt Lake after visiting a few days with Mrs. Daniels' parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Smith. Mrs. Marvin Jones and children of Enterprise, are visiting here for a few weeks. B. F. Forsythe arrived Sunday i from Los Angeles where he has visited for the past month. Miss Corris Jackson left Monday Mon-day for Salt Lake to continue her studies at the Quish Beauty school. Miss Cleone Beatty left Saturday Satur-day for Los Angeles, where she plans to finish her business course. She spent the past two weeks visiting at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Reed Beatty. Miss Dixie Newell and Mrs. Littleboy of Los Angeles are visiting vis-iting this week at the home of Miss Newell's parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Newell. Thursday night the Ladies' Sewing club enjoyed a pot-luck party at the home of Mrs. Clay Denton. Andrew Olds is in from the herd for a visit with his family. Charles Bringhurst returned on Monday from Provo where he spent a few days on business. Out-of-town relatives attending the funeral of Errol Slack were Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Slack of Panguitch; Mr. and Mrs. -Chester Slack, Mrs. Emli Graff and children, child-ren, Dawn and Mace, Mrs. Clyde DeMille, Mr. and Mrs. Powell Stratton, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Strat-ton, Strat-ton, Loren and Clell Stratton, Bishop and Mrs. Morris Wilson, Mrs. Edward Gubler, Mrs. La-Vell La-Vell Hinton, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Sanders of LaVerkin; and Mrs. Fern Everett of St. George. Mr. and Mrs. John Piatt, Rulori and Verna Piatt of Kanarra, visited vis-ited at the home of Mrs. A. P. Slack, ' Saturday. Misses Buelah and Wilma Klein-man Klein-man returned Tuesday from a month's tour of the East. |
