Show Year's New Officers Elected by Students Of Dixie Jaycee Eula Mae Earl of Overton, Nov. was named senior president, supported sup-ported by Betty Lou Gardner, v-p; David Finlayson, commissioner of amusements, and Jeneal Moody of Delta, secretary. Loraine Milne is the new junior president, aided by Marilyn Snow, Delta, v-p; Beverly Baldwin, Monroe, Mon-roe, secy.; Leila Barber, Hurricane, Hurri-cane, commissioner of amusements; amuse-ments; Darrell, Smith, boys' athletic ath-letic manager. New sophomore officers are Arthur Ar-thur Gregerson, president, Douglas Garner, v-p; Robert Gardner, secretary; sec-retary; Kelly Hall, commissioner of amusements; Harry Lundin, Freshman officers are Clairon Williams, president; Clark Cox, v-p; Sheila Carter, secy.; LaMar Fawcctt, amusement commissioner The girls' club named Corinne Esplin as their president last spring, new representatives elected elect-ed are Norlene DeSwan, frehmen; Ruth Fawcett, sophomores; Eldene Hall, juniors; Sybil Anderson, Srs. Girls' athletic association chose: Miriam Christensen, Delta, president; presi-dent; DeLenna McDonald, Kanab, v-p; Gai Graff, secy.; Norma Jean Paolasso, reporter; La Von Adams, intramural mgr.; Lola Pymm, asst. To assist classes with their activities ac-tivities President Glenn E. Snow named the following instructors: Ray Garner and Thelma Barber, freshmen; Walter Brooks and Dona Do-na Kirkham, sophomores; Pauline Christensen, Margaret Merkley, H. L. Reid, college classes. The biology department will take its first field trip Saturday. The group will go to the Kolo'l region, with Dr. Ross Hardy in charge. A number of servicemen will also make the trip. |
