Show Mrs. Phyllis B. Pickett And Sgt. Morris A. Stone Marry In Las Vegas Marriage vows were exchangee Friday, Feb. 2, at 8 p.m. at the Methodist church in Las Vegas by Mrs. Phyllis B. Pickett, daughter daugh-ter of Mr. and Mrs. John Bentlev of St. George and Sgt.1 Morris A. Stone, of Bloomington, Indiana, who is -stationed with the Army Air forces at McCarren Field, Nev. For the ceremony the bride wore an afternoon dress of shell pink, heavy silk crepe. She carried car-ried orchids with shower boquet ribbons. Attending as matron of honor was her sister, Mrs. Brown Hail of St. George. Sgt. W. Haddock Had-dock of McCarren Field was the groom's best man. At the conclusion of the ceremony, cere-mony, the wedding party assembled assem-bled at the home of Sgt. and Mrs. Jack Hubbard, who were hosts to a large group of friends of the couple for an informal reception. Sgt. and Mrs. Stone spent the week end at Hotel El Rancho, returning to Las Vegas to make their home for the present. |
