Show WASHINGTON Mrs. Caddie Neilson Mrs. Lydia Stephens Reporters Cpl. and Mrs. Malon Iverson, who are stationed at Childers, Texas are spending their furlough with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Wal-lace Iverson. Lt. and Mrs. Rex Prisbrey and baby arrived Sunday from Santa Fe, New Mexico to visit with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Prisbrey. Lt. Prisbrey recently returned to the U. S. from the China-Burma-India theater where he has served as a pilot with the Army Air forces. Mr. and Mrs. Golden Paxman and family and Mrs. John Tanner spent the week end in Pine Valley fishing. Mrs. Earl Childers of Las Vegas spent a few days here recently with relatives. Mrs. Marie Spendlove entertained enter-tained a group of friends at her home here Monday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Ewell and son, Sheldon left Saturday for their home in Las Angeles after visiting here and in Springville for two weeks. Eldon Larson and sons, Nolan and Lawrence, of Las Vegas visited visit-ed here Sunday with Mrs. L. Stephens. Russell Neilson, who is with the U. S. Navy in San Diego spent Saturday and Sunday here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Antone Neilson. Elmo Sproul is spending his leave here with his mother, Mrs. Aggie Sproul. He is in the Navy and has spent the past few months in the north Atlantic. Miss Doris Hannig of Boulder City, Nev. is spending a few weeks here with relatives. Mrs. Clark Nisson is home from the hospital. LaVon Adams has gone to San Bernadino, Calif., to spend a few weeks with her brother, Donald and his family. Mrs. Dwight Jones and baby have returned from Enterprise where she has been visiting for a few weeks. Mrs. Ferrol Hafen and son, Dennie left Saturday for Camp Maxey, Texas to be with Pvt. Hafen, who is stationed there in military training. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Reber of Las Vegas were visiting relatives here Monday. Mrs. Hugh Gibson and baby have gone to Las Angeles to join Mr. Gibson who is employed there. Mrs. Rokah Paxman was hostess host-ess to the Rook club at their last meeting. Mr. and Mrs. Willard Neilson and Mrs. George Hadley spent a few days on Cedar Mountain last week. |
