Born July 6, 1875, at Pareah, Kane county, Utah, he was a son s Mr. and Mrs. James O. Wilkins. Wil-kins. On March 25, 1896, he mar-ned mar-ned Margaret Delora Weaver in the St. George LDS Temple. Of the ten children born to Mr. and Mrs. Wilkins, nine are still living. They are Mrs. Alex Sullivan, Sul-livan, Roosevelt, Utah; J. E and Orson A. Wilkins of Salt Lake City O L.
