Show n ENTERPRISE Mrs. Theresa Huntsman Reporter Mr. and Mrs. Maeser Terry went to St George Wednesday and returned re-turned home Thursday. While there they transacted business and also spent some time doing Temple work. Mrs. Amos Hunt made a business busi-ness trip to Cedar City on Wednesday. Wed-nesday. Mrs. Alma Holt visited here over the week end with Mr. and Mrs. Joseph W. Holt. Claude Jones left Wednesday for his preinduction physical examination. ex-amination. Mrs. Anthony Melessa and Etta Adams spent the past week in Clear Lake visiting with Louise Randall, who is an operator on the railroad at that place. William T. Truman spent the week end here from Mesquite Leslie, the small son of Mr. and Mrs. - Woodruff Ho't had his collar col-lar bone broken Friday and was taken to the Iron county hospital for treatment. Mr. Holt was on a horse driving a calf and shouted at some larger boys to head the calf for him. Leslie thinking to help, ran out of the lot and at- j tempted to head the animal, but the calf knocked him down and the broken collar bone was the result. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Thomas and Mr. and Mrs. Marion Terry went to LaVerkin and Hurricane Monday. The Thomases visited with their daughter and family, ! Mrs. Paul Wilson. The Terrys J visited with Mrs. Terry's mother, ! Mrs. Sarah Hinton. They stayed ! over Monday night and attended the ball game between Enterprise - - and Cedar City. The Relief Society members cleaned the church house Thurs- 'V "I day in preparation for the Uvada ' Stake conference which will be --i held here on March 3 and 4. |
