Show ORDINANCE NO. 62 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR SALARIES OF CITY EM-PLOYEES EM-PLOYEES AND OFFICERS: Section 1. Effective from July 1, 1956, the following officers and employees of the City of Bingham Bing-ham Canyon, Utah, shall receive as full compensation for their services the following monthly compensation and salaries, payable pay-able monthly or semi-monthly us determined by the City Council: Recorder $375.00 Marshall $375.00 All other employees shall be paid such wages as may from time to time 'be determined by the City Council. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. In the opinion of the City Council, it is necessary for the peace, health, and safety of the inhabitants of the City of Bingham Canyon that this ordinance ordin-ance become effective immediately, immedi-ately, and therefore this ordinance ordin-ance shall take effect upon its first publication. Councilman Bob Jimas made a motion that the foregoing ordinance be adopted. Councilman R. A. Murano seconded sec-onded the motion. Roll Call Vote was as follows: Councilman Bob Jimas, "Aye''. Ross M.
