Show ROCKVILLE Mr. and Mrs. George Worthen Of St. George and Mrs. Lennie Gregorson of Pintura were visiting visit-ing their daughter and sister, Mrs. Afton Ballard last week-end. Loraine Demill, who spent the past few months In Los Angeles returned home during the week. The ball game played between Rockville and Zion park camp last Saturday 'was won by the CCC boys. Gary Averett, small son of Virgil Averett, fell out of a car bruising him up, but not seriously. Mrs. Irving Dalton went to Salt Lake City to visit with her sister there. Miss Fae Alger of Enterprise is working for Mrs. Tom Drake. Miss Ida Randall left for her home in Enterprise after spending spend-ing sometime here. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Lawrence and daughters of Cedar City spent the week-end here visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. P. Jones. The small daughter of Dewey Hirschi was struck by a car last Sunday, breaking her leg and badly bruising her. A meeting of the Daughters of the Pioneers was held at the home of Mrs. Alice Ballard. Mrs. Phil-itus Phil-itus Jones gave a very interesting talk on "Telephones and Post offices". of-fices". Lunch was served1 and an enjoyable time was had by those attending. |
