Show LEEDS Itex and Clair Stirling left Mon-night Mon-night for Salt Lake City with a load of cherries. Bert Harris has moved his family home from St. George where the boys attended school. Mrs. Dalice Hartman was taken to the hospital in St. George on Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hartley have returned home from Salt Lake City. Dale, the small son of Mrs. Mildred Jolley who was struck by a car recently is now home from the hospital. On Tuesday evening the patrons pa-trons of the school gave a party in honor of our school teachers, Principal Bert Sullivan and Miss Winnie Tobler. The party was held in the church. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Eager went to Cedar City on Saturday evening to assist with the music for the dance. Mrs. Daisy Nichols entertained the teachers and officers of the relief society on Monday evening. Shelby Killion, at . present employed em-ployed in Circleville, Utah, spent the week-end visiting with his wife and family. Mr. and Mrs. Clark Huntsman are again in Leeds after spending some time visiting in Enterprise. Cherry pickers and packers are busy in Leeds this week. |
