Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, September Septem-ber 3, 1936. Notice is hereby given that U. S. Forest Service, Cedar City, Utah, has made Application in aecordance with the laws of Utah to appropriate 0.025 sec. ft. of water from Boy Scout spring near Navajo lake in Kane county, Utah. Said water will be diverted from May 1 to November Novem-ber 30 inclusive of each year at the point of issuance of said spring which bears N. 2830" W. 19 2 5 ft, from the SE cor. Sec. 2. T. 3S S., R. 8 W., SLB & M. The water will be conveyed by a pipeline and used by summer home permittees for culinary purposes. pur-poses. Any part of said 0.025 sec. ft. which is unconsumed by said use, will fl'ow from the storage stor-age tank and be returned to the natural stream channel at a point which bears N. 290 5J W. 1872 ft. from said SE cor. Sec. 2. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 12262. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, shall be submitted in affidavit form and in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office within 30 days after the completion of the publication of Ihis notice.
