Show NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TAX LIST AND EQUALIZATION MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the preparation of the lists on the property within Culinary Culi-nary Water Works District No. 3, St. George City, has been completed. com-pleted. The improvements in said district consisting of the extension exten-sion of the culinary water system of St. George, to lots and blocks not herein before served, as defined de-fined by the notice of intention heretofore filed, and on file in the City Recorder's Office, said District Dis-trict consisting principally of the streets running North and South, commencing on 7th East and 2nd South, and extending to, and including 9 th East, and cross streets between 2nd South and Sixth South. The St. George City Council has appointed the Board of Equalization and Review, which Board will be in session each day for three days, August 16, 17 and 19, between the hours of 9 and 12 A.M. and 2 and 5 P.M. on each of said days in the City Council Room in the basement of the Public Library, St. George, Utah. Any person feeling aggrieved, or feeling that corrections, adjustments adjust-ments or changes of any kind relative to the proposed improvement, improve-ment, levy of tax, assessment of property, description of property, or in any other matter, is invited to appear before said Board for a hearing. Every person whose property is liable to be assessed and who fails to appear before such Board and make any and every objection objec-tion he may have to the levy of such tax shall be deemed to have waived aH objections, except as to jurisdiction of the council to order the making of said improvement. im-provement.
