Board "Better Cooperation Of The Home And School" Theme Of Teachers Meet "Better Cooperation of the Home and School" is to be the theme stressed at the Washington Washing-ton County teachers' convention, to be held in St. George December 9 and 10, in connection with the week's program of the Fine Arts festival, states Milton E. Moody, county superintendent. This advance ad-vance notice is being made in order to acquaint the local parents and teachers with the plans in the hope of accomplishing the desired cooperation. co-operation. This convention, more than any previously held, says Superintendent Superinten-dent Moody, is planned with the purpose of having both parents and teachers, and especially the parents attend the sessions. Look- I ing towards this program, the state department of education and the state P.-T.A. are cooperating I in working out the program, and there are to be several official : visitors. The completed program I will be announced through these ' columns next week, but for the j present Mr. Moody and Miss Winsor Win-sor desire to stress the importance i of the Panel discussion for parents j and teachers to be held Saturday j afternoon. Dr. B. K.
