Show La Yerkin Mrs. Alice Gubler Reporter Axel Toolgrain of Idaho Falls, Idaho, is here visiting at the home of his nephew, Lorin Squire. Mrs. Grace Stout of Sacramento, Sacra-mento, Calif., arrived here Monday. Mon-day. She is planning on making a prolonged visit at the home of her mother-in-law, Mrs. Sarah Stout, who has been quite ill. The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Thompson burned his j hand quite severly a few days ago. He was crawling along the floor when he decided to investigate in-vestigate the stove. He managed to get the stove door open with out any difficulties and became attracted by the coals in the fire box.. Before anyone could get to him he plunged his hand down after the coals. Although he is badly burned, he does not seem to fret about it much. The Sunday school play, "A Family Affair", is progressing quite welL The first night's performance per-formance will be given at La-Verkin, La-Verkin, Monday, Jan. 23. The cast is as follows: Dan Gillespie, Wayne Wilson; Jorkins Jobson, Max Woodbury; Deacon Smith, Winfred Gubler; Sally, Alice Stock; Miss Camson, Hazel Woodbury. Wood-bury. The play is a three-act comedy and is being directed by Luther Fuller. |
