Show Mr. and Mrs. Frank T. Burgess and small soq. Gail of Phoenix, Ariz, are visiting relatives in St. George this week. Mr. Burgess is connected with the U. S. Bureau of Public Roads in Arizona. Vernon Worthen, county WPA recreation director and Ezra Tob-ler, Tob-ler, assistant, left Monday for a week's intensive recreational study at the Brigham Young university summer session. Mrs. Elmer Hughes and children child-ren and Mrs. Everett Harris of Mesquite, were in St. George Wednesday Wed-nesday visiting and on business. R. r . McDonald of McDonald Lumber Co., Big Cottonwood, Ariz, arrived in St. George Monday. He returned Thursday and took with him his aunt, Mrs. Orpha M. Hunt, who is recuperating from a prolonged pro-longed illness. She will spend some time in Arizona. Mrs. Mabel Burgess and three children and Miss Nelda Neilson returned Tuesday from Tropic, where they have spent the past month. Miss Elaine Rishnn has hppn here since Monday to spend a part of her vacation and she will go on from here to visit with her family in Eillmore before returning return-ing to Salt Lake City to resume her studies. Mrs. Margaret J. Overson left this morning for her home in St. Johns, Ariz. |
