Pickett for plaintiff and Orval Or-val Hafen for defendant. First issue decided in favor of defendant. defend-ant. On second cause for complaint, com-plaint, Jankle was declared to have been damaged by loss of 3363 gallons of gasoline and the Texaco company ordered to pay him at rate of purchase. E. W.
