Show NOTICE OK SALE OK CITY I'KOrilin'Y Acting under "authority of the mayor and city council of the City of St. George, County of Washington, State of Utah, the undersigned hereby gives notice that at 10 o'clock on Tuesday, the 2nd day of .May, A. D. 1033. from the front door of the County Court House, in St. George, Washington County, Utah, there will be offered for sale at public auction, subject to confi: mation of the mayor and city council, the following described property: Two paits of tile SE'lNW'.l, sec 24, T. 42 S., H. 16 W., S. L. .V., one lying to the east and one to the west of the stale highway, in the western part of the City of St. George, and more particularly described as follows: fol-lows: Beginning at the northwest coiner of the SEV4NWV, sec 21, T. 4 2 S., R. 16 W., S. L. M., and running thence East 528.3 reet to the right-of-way of the state highway; thence South 1!) tleg. and 56 min East (S 19 deg 50 min. E.) 1414. S feet along the West side of said right-of-way to the South side of the said SB UN WW; thence West 10(14.6 feet to the southwest corner cor-ner of said SE V-'i KW'li ; thence north 1330 feet along the west side of said SEV.NW'.l, to the point of beginning, containing 23.4 acres, more or less.
