Show Pioneer Day Celebrated; Pageant, etc. A large and enthusiastic crowd attended the two day celebration held under the auspices of the Aaronic Priesthood, at Pine Valley, Val-ley, on last Monday and Tuesday, Tues-day, July 23 and 24. A pageant depicting the restoration re-storation of the Aarotiic Piieoi-hood Piieoi-hood was given on Monday evening even-ing in the Park at Pine Valley. People who saw this pageant are very enthusiastic in their praise for the wonderful way that it was presented. It started with the history of the Priesthood characters Moses, Aaron and his four sons. The first scene opens with them being shown at the alter offering sacrifices. The next scene was . John the Baptist, Bap-tist, showing him preaching in the wilderness. The third scene shows the imprisonment of John the Baptist and his beheading. Also the dance of the daughter of Heriod at the party given in her honor, at which time she asked for John the Baptist's head. The last scene had Oliver Cowdrey and Jos. The events were scored as follows: fol-lows: Rilie shooting, East Ward, first, West Ward, escond. Pine Valley, third. Baseball, group. South Vvard first, B. and C. West 1st. Horseshoe Pitching. Pine Valley, Val-ley, first, South Ward, second. Children's events were alao staged and this was followed by horse racing. Those who attended this celebration cele-bration at Pine Valley, afa particularly par-ticularly pleased with the setting. set-ting.
