Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah. September 26, 1925. Notice is hereby given that the St. George and Santa Clara Bench Irr. Company, whose principal place of business is St. George, Utah, has made application is accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917 as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 192 5 to appropriate one (1) c. f. s. of water and five hundred (500) acre feet of water from Three Mile Wash in Washington County, Utah. Said water will be stored from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 of each year in a reservoir, the center of the impounding dam of which is located at a point S. 4 16' E. 620 ft. from the NW cor. of Sec. S. T. 42 S., R. 16 W., S. L. M. The water will be released and allowed to flow down the natural channel of Three Mile Wash for a distance of approximately 12,000 ft. to its confluence con-fluence with Santa Clara Creek from where it will be rediverted at a point which bears N. 56 00' W. 366 ft. from the V; cor. of Sec. 16, T. 42 S., R. 16 W., S. L. M. In return for the waters so impounded im-pounded and delivered to the said Creek the applicant desires to divert at a point N. 40 55' W. 4334 ft. from the SU cor. Sec. 2S, T. 41 S., R. 17 W., a like amount of water.
